Scope of Work 

Are you ready for some football!? The biggest day in sports, hands down, is the Superbowl. This
day brings fans of all NFL teams worldwide together to celebrate. One of the most highly
attended events during Super Bowl week is the fan-favorite NFL Experience. The event is
packed with interactive activations, exhibitions, and showcases designed to create the ultimate
immersive fan experience.
 

This year, the event was hosted by The Mandalay Bay Convention Center. One of the largest
convention centers in Las Vegas. The massive, versatile space was transformed using
thousands of linear feet of custom and rental curtains made of printed and Amethyst Milano®
Velvet Plus. Our silver/nickel chain curtains were also utilized, bringing an industrial, translucent
metallic element to the event design.

Pre-production and tactical logistics planning were essential to this event's success. Every item
used in each section was carefully labeled and packaged. Our installation supervisors worked
collectively with the Convention Center’s crew to ensure that all aspects of the job were
executed flawlessly.

Fun Facts!

• • Over twenty-eight hundred linear feet of Amethyst Milano® Velvet Plus rental curtains
    were used at the event. The largest amount of purple velvet rental curtains in the
    industry!
  • Nearly five hundred yards of Milano® Velvet Plus was printed to create the ruby red
    curtains used on the Vince Lombardi Trophy stage and throughout the experience.
