Ordering an item from Dazian.com? We can ship to any address in the world. Our F.O.B. points are our warehouses in NJ and CA, unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Unless you tell us differently we will ship your order U.P.S. ground. Fabric that is too wide or heavy to ship U.P.S. we will make every effort to accommodate the carrier of your choice but cannot be held responsible for their delivery performance.
Our selling prices do not include freight. We will add shipping charges on the merchandise invoice. Dazian LLC. reserves the right to determine the optimal warehouse from which to ship, and to charge freight accordingly from that warehouse.
When you place an order with Dazian.com, we will generally ship within 5 business days unless otherwise requested. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for orders placed on weekends or holidays. Once you’ve placed your order, you may click on orders and login to view the status of your order. Once your order is shipped you will be provided with tracking information.
A Dazian representative will notify you within two business days if a product you ordered is out of stock.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items sold by Dazian.com within 30 days of shipping for a refund. Returns must be previously authorized. However, as noted in our terms and conditions, authorized returns will be levied a 25% restocking fee.
We cannot accept returns for certain items, including.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipping.
- Custom orders.
- Cut merchandise
- Fabrication orders
- Custom printing orders
- Any item returned without being previously authorized.
